Debbie from She Knows had noticed a growing trend of woven wall hangings making a come-back in popular modern decor.
When flipping through an Anthropologie catalog Debbie was flabbergasted at the $450 price tag on a piece of woven wall art and thought that she could DIY her own for less than $20.
Using a piece of cardboard and a few different types of yarn, Debbie made her own version of the designer piece for a fraction of the price!
The great thing about this project is that it is completely customizable.
Debbie tried to perfectly recreate the Anthropologie version, but you could make your own with any color of yarn and different types of fibers, like ribbons or scrap fabric.
The Anthropologie version is on the left, Debbie’s DIY is on the right.
They look almost identical!
